Lots of great information! Well written, well organized, and most importantly, it is actionable. The guide provides specific methods with the logic to back them up. Lots of useful advice that definitely helps the standard job seeker stand out from the rest.
As a recent graduate, the job market seemed very unpredictable and mysterious to me. I was frustrated with all the time I was putting into composing cover letters for online job applications, because I was not getting the results I felt I deserved. I've read a plethora of different books on different aspects of the job search, and although I extracted good tips from all of them, I had to wade through a lot of fluff to get to the information that I needed.Maybe due to his science background, Thever gets right to the point. He packs in enough information for a 200-300 page book into a concise package so readers don't have to waste time slogging through prose to get what they're looking for. The illustrations of his points through personal experiences are helpful too they show that he's been in your shoes and knows what he's talking about. I've used a lot of his tips in my recent job search and am overjoyed to have recently received an offer from my top-choice company!! If you're looking for a quick guide that will help prepare you to get the career results you want, this is the one.
